The businessman from Tayinsha district Valery Samoilenko believes in it. LLP "Lera-NORD" is engaged in milk processing. In this sphere Taiynsha district is one of the most advanced in the region. The entrepreneur willingly shares the secret of his success, he says the whole thing is the quality. "The buyer today increasingly chooses a more natural and high-quality product, such is demand. In the work of small enterprises, such as ours, the stake is put on quality, not quantity. Absolutely all of our products are made only from the checked in the laboratory natural raw materials and does not contain so widespread today additives. “I also consider it is important that we process only natural raw materials, which are produced in our area, where we live",-  says Valery Samoylenko. For the development of business it was necessary to launch a line for the production of packaged milk and this was not without the help of the state. Valery received a loan through the Fund for Support of Agriculture of the North Kazakhstan Region and now, more than a year has passed since the line was launched. There are no problems with raw materials, says the entrepreneur. "Purchase of milk is made from private farmsteads of fellow villagers. Now the company processes up to three tons of milk per day, but this is far from the limit. Ahead of the "milkmen" is the hottest season - the summer. Currently, the range of dairy products that we offer to customers is small - it is packaged milk, butter, sour cream and curd mass. In order to compete in the market, it is necessary not only to produce high-quality products, but also to expand its range, to surprise consumers with interesting novelties", - shares Valery Samoylenko. The company employs 15 people. Every member of a team is skilled worker, proudly tells the entrepreneur. The team knows that processing of milk does not tolerate mistakes. Even the slightest deviation from technology is reflected in the quality of the product.
